Deniz Bayram, CSW

Tastevin was founded by Deniz Bayram, a passionate hospitality professional, a trained chef and a Certified Specialist of Wine.

His passion since childhood has always been great food & beverages and the intriguing cultural elements behind. 

Traveling around Europe and learning the genuine food and wine culture at a young age sparked his love for Epicureanism very early on.

Deniz is a professionally trained chef & restauranteur from United States' most esteemed hospitality institution; Johnson & Wales University.

After which he's decided to dedicate his career to his real passion, wine...

He has experience working in all fields of the wine sector from foodservice to retail including wine production and marketing. 

Today, he has combined his specialist training and international experience with his expertise and passion for wine & beverages by sharing this knowledge and passion with others. He is always on the hunt for new discoveries from tasting to tasting and fair to fair. 

He is also an active content creator in the wine sector and the host of the podcast show "Joy of Champagne".

He holds the Advanced Certificate from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and currently a candidate for the WSET Diploma in Wines.
